Booking Terms & Conditions

• Rebates available for eligible Medicare Card holders up to 6 weeks postpartum.
• You may be eligible for a rebate through your Private health Insurance after 6 weeks. Please contact your insurance provider for information.
• Once an appointment date and time has been booked, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm the appointment. You will directed to a payment link .
• To avoid a cancellation fee for any services, if you need to reschedule, please contact me within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. The 50% deposit will be retained after this time.
• Life happens, so extenuating circumstances will always be considered.
