This appointment is the ideal way to explore breastfeeding prior to your baby’s arrival.
If this is your first baby, learning about how it all works can be a very reassuring start to your feeding journey.
And if it’s not your first baby, then perhaps there were areas you would like to improve this time around, or it could be that you have a different plan in mind.
This appointment will cover:
- Your health, medications/surgeries etc
- Breast examination (optional but definitely advised)
- Previous breastfeeding experiences (if any)
- Discussion of expectations and hopes for this pregnancy
- Why, how and will I be able to….?
- Antenatal hand expressing (if appropriate)
- Development of a cohesive plan
- And anything else that you feel is important to you

Booking Terms & Conditions
- Rebates available for eligible Medicare Card holders.
- Once an appointment date and time has been booked, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm the appointment. You will directed to a payment link .
- To avoid a cancellation fee for any services, if you need to reschedule, please contact me within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. The 50% deposit will be retained after this time.
- Life happens, so extenuating circumstances will always be considered.
- Please note that travel beyond 10km from Bilambil Heights will incur a travel fee dependant on distance.
